Return And Exchange

Return and Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange items purchased in their original condition that is unworn, unaltered and free from damages by the customer for a full refund or exchange of their merchandise value only. All shipping charges will not be refunded. For all returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping charges. For a full merchandise returns or exchange, all items must be returned to Shop Society within 21 days from the receipt of original order date. items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as dust bags.

Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear, swim, earrings, jewelry and all items marked Final Sale.

How To Return Or Exchange Your Order

You will find a Return form enclosed with your order. To return or exchange an item, complete the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. All items must be unused and in its original package with tags still attached to the item for a full return credit or exchange to apply. Once we receive your return please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email of your exchange credit once we have received and processed the returned item. If the return is approved, we will email you a gift card number to use at checkout with your full exchange amount. Shipping fees on your original order and returns are not refundable. 

However, in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately by email or telephone. We will not charge you for the shipping costs of replaced merchandise. We will email you a return shipping label to place on the outside of the package. Please cover all old shipping labels on bags or box when returning item to Shop Society.  

A return/exchange form and invoice will be provide with a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your items. Return location will be on return form.
